Allan Samson Ph.D.
Allan D. Samson, Ph.D., principal of ESCA Enterprises, Inc., holds advanced degrees in Food Science at the Masters
and Doctorate levels from Cornell University and an MBA
in Marketing from Drexel University. In addition to leading
ESCA Enterprises, Inc., he also shares his knowledge of
the industry as a frequent speaker at national conferences.
Barbara Samson M.S.,R.D.
Barbara Samson, M.S., R.D. is Vice President of Marketing
and Nutrition Services with ESCA Enterprises, Inc. She provides a depth of knowledge in consumer behavior and
food trends coupled with a focus on current and emerging nutrition and health issues including nutrition labeling.
Barbara is a member of Les Dames d' Escoffier International, an invitational organization of women leaders in the food, beverage and hospitality industries. She has also been a frequent guest on the Food Network Channel.
Dan Scribner, C.E.C.,C.R.C.
Dan Scribner, CEC , CRC , is Director of Research and
Development. He is an accomplished professional in the
food industry. As a Certified Research
Chef; Dan leads the culinary team at ESCA.
